"Banyak yang kecewa dengan jawaban saya di pres con kemarin, saya minta maaf. Gak ada mau ngerendahin orang lain begitu atau merasa saya wanita tidak perlu tunduk. Saya harus tunduk, laki adalah iman keluarga dan saya merasa belum siap dan masalahnya ada di saya, karena the day i get married, i want to be VERY married meaning that both me and future hubby one day bisa 100 % open about anything because I can't think of anything lonelier than spending the rest of my life with someone that is not fully open with me and i also need to be content with Jesus and myself dulu karena kalau tidak gimana cara saya bisa menjadi penolong yang baik kalau suami saya lagi sibuk? Apa yang menjadi pegangan saya untuk trauma atau dendam karena itu harus di bereskan semua masa kecil itu,  jangan ke mariage dulu because if your hurt belom beres, you will hurt other people and usually its the spouse yang get the worst, we wil end up hurting them.we need a witness to our lives.There’s a billion peoplewhat does any one life really mean? But in a marriage, you’re promising to care about everything. The good things, the bad things, the terrible things,all of it, all of the time, every day. You’re saying, ‘Your life will not go unnoticed because I will notice it. Your life will not go unwitnessed because I will be your witness. I wil be here and my time works with yours and i understand how to speak your love language and you will have to spend forever with this person even if feelings gone, can the daily work,vision, goals, habit meet yours? What is your most two or three most important needs? (Time, words, physical, gift act of service) pick 2 can your spouse meet those teo needs daily?We always fall in love with the most perfect aspects of each other’s personalities. Who wouldn’t? Anybody can love the most wonderful parts of another person. But that’s not the clever trick. The really clever trick is this: Can you accept the flaws? Ayah Denny seorang duda yang telah menikah tiga kali sebelum akhirnya menikahi ibunya.

Pernikahan kedua orangtua Denny tidak direstui oleh keluarga dari ibu Denny.

Mereka berdua pun bercerai ketika Denny masih ada dalam kandungan.

Setelah bercerai, Denny dan ibunya harus menjalani kehidupan yang berat karena keluarga besar ibu Denny mengusir mereka.

Pria kelahiran Banggai, Sulawesi Utara ini pun harus berpindah-pindah dari kampung halamannya, ke Makassar, Surabaya, Makassar, Jakarta, lalu Bandung.

Kehidupan Denny kecil dan ibunya sangat menyedihkan dan kekurangan.
